The optional AI features (Smart Fill and AI Insights) require you to supply your own Google Gemini API key. By using these features you agree to the Gemini API Terms of Service and accept that data you send (due titles, amounts, and text you type) is processed by Google under their policies.
You are solely responsible for any costs associated with your Gemini API key usage and for ensuring your use of the Gemini API complies with Google's terms and applicable laws.
By downloading, installing, or using DueGenie ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to the DueGenie mobile app (iOS and Android) and the associated website at duegenie.app. They are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to these Terms, BotleApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DueGenie on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

DueGenie stores all your dues, reminders, and preferences locally on your device. BotleApps has no access to this data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and your data. If you delete the App or reset your device, your data will be lost and cannot be recovered by us.

When you use Smart Fill or AI Insights, text is sent from your device directly to Google's Gemini API. BotleApps is not involved in the transmission and has no visibility into the data. Google processes your data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms. BotleApps accepts no liability for Google's processing of your data.
You are responsible for all costs associated with your API key usage. API pricing is set by Google and may change without notice to us.
DueGenie uses Google Sign-In for profile creation within the app. Your Google account information (name, email, profile photo) is stored only on your device. By using Google Sign-In you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.
DueGenie is a personal reminder and tracking tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. The App does not verify the accuracy of amounts, dates, or other information you enter. You should independently verify all important payment deadlines and financial obligations. BotleApps is not liable for missed payments, late fees, or financial loss of any kind arising from use of the App.
DueGenie integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies:
DueGenie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. BotleApps makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BotleApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice on next launch.
You may stop using DueGenie at any time by deleting the App from your device. BotleApps may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for any reason without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
